Beyond the ordinary
Rise, Know Your Worth, Find Your Way is a three-part mental health presentation that empowers individuals to navigate challenges through self-advocacy, self-worth, and creative expression.

Part One: Rising and Advocating for Ourselves
The first session recognizes that it’s okay to not be okay, and emphasizes the importance of asking for help when needed. It also highlights the value of supporting others in their struggles. By advocating for ourselves and others, we build a foundation of mutual care and understanding essential to our mental health.

Part Two: Seeing and Supporting Self-Worth
The second session explores the vital role of self-worth in mental health, and how recognizing our own value can transform our well-being. It explores how we can help others see their value and how in turn, allowing others to reflect our worth is equally important. This reciprocal support strengthens community and personal growth. Ultimately, this presentation encourages everyone to embrace both self-compassion and community support, fostering a shared journey toward mental wellness and genuine self-appreciation.

Finding Our Way Through Passion and Creativity
The final segment explores navigating difficult times by discovering and engaging in passions that bring meaning and joy. Pouring our hearts into creative outlets, such as music, provides a powerful channel for expression, healing, and resilience. Music, in particular, is presented as a profound example of how passion can guide us toward recovery and self-discovery.
